DESCRIPTION

Our client has vacancies for KP in a first class restaurants synonymous with quality food.

You will be working under a well known Executive Chef and will be expected to work within the existing dynamic team, producing quality food whilst maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.We are seeking an ambitious Commis Chef to join our brigade.

You will work in a fast paced kitchen where local speciality ingredients are cooked from fresh and to order. You will have experience of cooking and not afraid of hard work.


You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and be able to demonstrate culinary flair on the job
Possession of an SVQ/Hygiene certificate would be an advantage, as would working in a rosette/Michelin background. But not essential as you will be trained by top professionals.


It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication/leadership skills, and that they are fluent in English.
